Finally Back in Bavaria. If you like to trade a Sourdough Bread with me tomorrow, send me a mail or comment and I will make sure to have a Sourdough Bread ready for you.
Thursdays Bavarian Sourdough
- I will bake it with one of the best German Flour from Künstmühle in München.
- The salt was brought to me from Iceland.
- And the water is the good old Berlin water that I like so much!
I am still open for creative ideas, or personal wishes. Beer/Apricot, Charcoal, Goji/Rosemary, Blueberries, or the fantastic Man Bread. Bring out your wishes, tomorrow is Nikolaus day in Germany.

Hey Malin,
oh awesome, you are in Munich!! :D I have been following your bread exchanges for many months now, pretty much drooling on all the goodness! I would so love to trade with you!!! Hm. What can I offer… well, I am a photographer so I could trade something that includes photos or taking photos of you and your bread or the like! Or…I recently made a batch of really yummy banana jam. I love cooking so I could also cook something for you, pretty much anything that does not include meat because I am a vegetarian…
Let me know if you are interested :)
Have a great sunny day here in Munich (if you are already here that is)
Andrea :)
Malin, how long will you be in Munich for? I have some Canadian maple syrup for you. xox
Oh my Sasha, I was only there over night. Got stuck on the Autobahn in the snow. Now in Switzerland. Please keep the Maple Syrup cold for me. I can not wait to bake for you and I can not wait to try it!
Also, Are you in Munchen around the end Jan/first week of Feb?
Sorry I missed you, but I will be in Munich at the end of January/beginning of February and I will, of course, keep the maple syrup cold for you. Merry Christmas Malin!
