First Bread Exchange after Jetlag

We have been flying around the world the last months. BRU, NYC, LA and SFO.

I do not know who had the hardest Jetlag – Me, or the Sourdough. It has been complicated mornings since we returned from California. I did not want to get out of bed, and the sourdough showed no larger interest to get ready for Baking.

So I have kept you waiting.

But today there will be 4 loaves coming out of the oven. Write me a mail, a comment, or a Facebook post and pick up your fresh loaf in Mitte or Prenzlauer Berg today.

xx

walking backwards, best barefoot with contact to the earth, or putting your fingertips in soil helps fighting jetlag. the exchange of electrons and the emotional realisation of your subconscious back making it easier for your body to get into its circadian rhythm again. try it out!
    LOVE, steph

Oh, that is innovative ;) Should try next time.
Might work for me but to place the sourdough in the soil is questionable.
    Love back!
