I have still not found the perfect Butter brezel. Hofphisterei just isn’t. Wie kann es so schwer sein? I like the butter to be foamy and not too cold . No fake butter please. And the bread should of course have that perfect crust. Anyone who knows?
The Result of Malins Brezel-research so far: The Swiss are great with the butter, but they can’t do the crust. In münchen it seems to be the other way around.
Where should I go? Stuttgart? You tell me and I would go and I will get into my car.

Mit “Füssle” und eine gute Biobutter gibt’s dazu…frisch vom Käsestand!
So musst Du bevor Du zu Christina in den Klettgau fährst noch bei mir halt machen…ich beziehe sie vom Bäcker Martin in Eigeltingen, ein einsamer Singlebäcker, der leider keine Nachfolger hat und seine Rezepte wahrscheinlich mit in’s Grab nimmt
Und dann haben wir noch eine ganz tolle Adresse in Steißlingen, aber da gibt es nur Mittwochs und freitags frisch gebackenes von ein paar Frauen als Hobby/ Verdienstmöglichkeit- sooooooo lecker!!!
Ich würde mich sehr freuen auf einen Stopp von Dir:-))
