Leftovers

As a kid my main excitement about a Swedish Christmas dinner were Meatballs and Caviar.

Things has not changed much.

Nowadays Dads meatballs made by Moose are the hit. My pure Caviar eating with a spoon (lump fish) has developed into a love for Caviar cake. My family never liked heavy stuff like “Jansons” but instead we make different salads. And all types of different fishes (like Eal, graved and cold/hot smoked Salmon and 6 different Herrings).

Now I am eating the rests. Like smoked Moose, Dads home graved Salmon with moms mustard sauce and my own fig Marmalade from Ibiza with Stilton cheese. Served on Finnish rye bread that Timmi brought from Helsinki.

Moose taste like something between Beef and Game. It is more elegant then Deer.

This is the leg of the Moose we bought for Christmas. Since we did not finish the whole Moose this Christmas ether, I will be bringing some to Berlin.
