You know a good sales person by his way of reading other people. It is not about being the guy that can sell anything. A good sales person figures out what You need and want. And delivers. Or doesn’t deliver if that is the more suitable option.
Alex is a good salesperson.
We are in München for 3 days to do some market research. He booked my hotelroom. If there is something I prefer to do myself, then it is booking my own hotel room. But I can always trust Alex.
The hotels is located on top of and old bavarian restaurant and you enter through its kitchen. The stairs are old and heavy and made from Oak wood. I loved it right away when I saw the piano at the entry, squeezed in between the piles of loundry. No chicky-mickey München here. Just plain.
Simple is also my room. An wooden bed and a big bathtub placed right at the big old single glassed window.
On top of it all: The bath foam smells like Rosmary. It is too good to be true. I will sleep like a princess.

But in the 40′s this was a bordell. No princess sleeping back then.
