The bread exchange is slowly turning into a little eco-system on its own. Most things that people are trading for bread I use for new breads and trade for new products, that also will be used it the system.

Sometimes I trade things that are not usable for baking bread. But just as nice. Like home made spreads, marmalade, cookies, cheese or wine. I decided to do a bread exchange brunch. Everyone will bring one dish on their own and I bake bread and offer lovely homemade marmalade, coffee and spreads that I just can’t manage to finish myself.
