Oh my,,,

I am so hooked.

In paris I tried the best dessert/tea bread, ever. It is better then any scones.

It was a bread with white chocolate.

In Paris I had it with goat cheese. But it is good enough to go alone for dessert I think.

I tried to make it at home today and it turned out just as I like it. I made it less sweet then in Paris, but it is sweet enough for my coffee break. Love it.

Anyone that like to have some can trade it with me through Bread Exchange. The bread is to be picked up in Berlin Mitte or Prenzlauer Berg. Trade it with anything that you think I might need. What I do know it that I will need a lot of white chocolate chips from on… But I am sure that I could do it just as well with chunks of chocolate that I cut in pieces.

Hi Malin, I’m going to Paris in a few days and would love to know where to find this bread! Can you share the secret with me? Love your blog!

Thank you! Checked out your tip for La Bonne Franquette at berlin.unlike.net. Have to try it!
The Bakery is located in the the beginning of rue Turenne in Marais. It is almost at Republique. They have an amazing dark bread as well! No fancy, super bread.
And Guilia, if you are in berlin, I can bake it for you too!

By the way, vilken typ av vin skulla kunna drickas till vit choklad och pumpa tror du?
