Tonight I am making a shoot for the Bread Exchange Book. The plan is to document the people that has taking part in this production.

I have been baking all saturday and I cross my fingers that the sourdough and my gas oven will perform for the next 5 hours. My 2nd fridge (yes, I have 2 fridges – one for food and one for sourdough bread cooling) did not perform yesterday so I decided to let the doughs sleep outside tonight.
