En till bullfråga: fryser man de ogräddade bullarna innan el efter 2a jäsningen? & sen när man ska grädda dem, ska d vara helt tinade då innan man stoppar in dem i ugnen?
Jag måste erkänna att jag inte gjort tillräckliga experiment för att kunna ge ett säkert korrekt svar på din fråga.. Hm.. Jag skulle tippa på efter den 2a jäsningen. Annars kommer du behöva vänta jäkligt länge på att de jäser till sig (I alla fall om du som jag använder väldigt lite jäst). Jag lät mina vara nästan helt tinade. Men inte så mycket att de kan börja jäsa igen.

I just started baking with sourdough and I have to admit it is not going so well. Is there any chance you might make a post about how you use and keep you sourdough, and maybe one or two recipes where you use it?
