As good as it gets

Dear Friends, This is as good as it gets. Mangos, the sweetest kind, directly brought from Bangkok to our breakfast table in Berlin. Simply served with yoghurt.

And my blueberry swirls prepared before I fell asleep last night and baked in the morning.

To die for.

Recipe is here. Be creative with you filling. I made about 50 buns in total. 25 blueberry and 25 seasalted caramel. Best tip ever, freeze then unbaked and serve them anytime you like.

    Vaddå? Kan man alltså frysa ogräddade deg-bullar?? Det låter ju helt suveränt! :-) Blir alltid så inspirerad av dina inlägg & allt ditt bak! Men tyvärr har jag inte lyckats med bröden än… Men skam den som ger sig!

    Ja, det är grymt! Lärde mig det på ett bageri. Blir mycket bättre än att frysa in de bakade bullarna :)

    Dear Elmlid,
    i just found your page through Süddeutsche Zeitung MAgazin….. reading through your blog made me just hungry. It is a wonderful idea and i wish you lots of success with this project. i didn`t read through all the pics – but did you hide a recipe for bread somewhere??? During our last summer vacation in France i got up early just to have the possibility to stand in a Backery – hoping to become an idea of how to make good tasty bread. It was very interesting but far away of what you do…….. Have you ever think of giving lessons??? I live in Ingolstadt thats between Munich and Nurnberg – but for that i would come to Berlin;-) I am 42, Mother of 3 Kids (20/5/2) i am half French/German – my american husband and i love to enjoy & celebrate eating & cooking, that is sometimes not so easy with to little kids. So if you do give lessons one day please let me know!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you

    En liten fundering kring d ogräddade frysta bullarna… När ska man frysa dem? Innan el efter 2a jäsningen? Sen när man tar ut dem, ska de tina helt innan man gräddar dem? Känner nämligen på mig att det snart blir ett bullbak här hemma, bäst att veta hur det ska gå till innan jag börjar! ;-)
