Bread Exchange in Berlin on Monday

Monday Bread Exchange will give you:

  1. Very Classic Simple White Sourdough bread. It will be baked with Flour from Saxony and salt from the Murray river in Australia. The salt has a very light pinkish color tone.
  2. Once again; Bavarian Beer Bread with Apricot. I do not seem to get enough.

All ingredients are traded.

Bavarian Beer Bread baked with Canadian Flour and French Seasalt. I ate it with Swedish butter and Honey from Afganistan. Direct import. Sweet.

    which saxony flour do you used? I´d like to bake my first bread with home fixings.. would be great to hear from you.
