Early Bird Bread Exchange!
I will be in Wannsee this morning and could drop off the Bread there if you like. Or from 11 it is possible to pick it up in Mitte.

Coming up for you today is a white Dinkel Bread with flour from Herr Baumanns Mill in Dinkelsbühl. The mill is 700 years old and Herr Baumann is a very charming old man that put a lot of Love into his flour. Dinkelsbühl is located in Frankonia.

I also have a little test project going on on the side. After making cheese the other day I made a dough on the left over fluid (Whey is low carb-high protein, can’t throw that away.). Today I have baked a bread on this.
There is nothing weird about this at all. At least I know that this was a normal recipe from the Swedish vikings and from googling I now know that it is not too uncommon to use.
I would say this is a really high nutritious bread. Maybe something for the Wannsee parents?
