A non-German view on the south

I know “Sound of Music” is played in Austria.

But this is still what we had in mind when we packed our outfits and drove down south.

  1. Levi’s 505’s from 1967. Vintage Dirndel top from München. Hunting hat from Freiburg. And Happy socks.
  2. Gadget shopping. Rothenburg. Every girl needs an edelweisscarf.
  3. Levi’s Chinos from 1920. Memmingen.
  4. Since the travel theme was “More German then Germany” we tried to melt in everywhere. In some cities you have to dress like and old person to melt in. Malin in Rentner-incognito look. Rothenburg o.d. Tauber.
  5. Yes mama, I know you would like this one.

I have, without luck, been trying to find a pair of 2nd hand leather shorts.
