I have had a great stay in Saxony. Great Landscape and Guest friendly people.
This is where I stayed:

And this was my morning.
You know I am picky about my breakfast. This one was really good. Great cold cut meat. And a good selection of vegetables. And if you like sweet breakfast they had 2 or 3 different kinds of Fruit Quark as well as an excellent bircher müsli. It tasted like fall. No berries. They might have used maple syrup. I did not try the bread since I was already full when I got that far.
But above all they had perfect service. They even arranged the Horse for me.
I am already trying to plan in a 2nd trip this spring.

Yes, the area is worth it. Around the corner there is a 2nd place called Waldidylle. Looked really nice too.
