Wie kann es soo schwer sein?

The most amazing moment in München was when I took a bite into my first Butterbrezel at Hofphisterei at the Viktualienmarkt. The sun was shining and right then I did not want anything else in this world. The tip came from the guys from Gross. “They have the perfect amount of butter” they said. This is the type of inside information that I want to get.

Celia ones traded some flour from the Kunstmühle w/ me (Neuturmstr. 3). Britta Peters showed me where to get it. They also make really good bread. Their Butter Brezel was great. Not too big. And not too much butter. What is a good butterbrezel? Of course the bread should be just right (which seem to be totally impossible to achieve in Berlin :( . But when you have succeeded with the bread it still seem to be a science to get the butter working.

Personally, I want my Brezel butter to be whipped (like at Sprüngli in Luzern). And, please, don’t trick me with some fake butter. It is just disgusting. Regardless if it would keep my hip measurement in control. Then I rather skip the whole butter brezel. Thank you.

    You are coming to Zurich? Cool…. Of course there is also a Sprüngli at Zurich’s Paradeplatz. In fact it is the original Sprüngli. Has been there since I-don’t-know-how-long-ago. I hope you enjoy my city. What are you up to in Zurich?

    I will for sure visit the original Sprüngli, good suggestion! I am doing some market research (fashion). And, for me, one of the best way to make your working trips feel like holiday is to treat them like one :) Then the results normally turn out better!
    Any thing else I should see?
