Lunch

Timmernabben is a really tiny little sailor village on the south east coast of Sweden. It was founded 700 yeats ago but nothing has really happened here since it was a shipbuilder home housing 3 small warfs over 100 years ago. The baby girls born here are still named after the old ships, like Saga, or Svea.

Today the culinary highlight of Timmernabben is its candy factory, that makes bonbons like back in the days.

My personal favourite is still the smokery in the harbour. Yesterday we went there and bought great Lax burgers and 3 different smoked Makrele. We had them with Sallad and FInnish black bread.
