My Dad was in Berlin last weekend. He came with a suitcase full of surprises (so that’s where I got my food smuggling genes from…). He brought my favorite cheese; the Västerbotten ost, black Finnish Sourdoughbread, the caviar I am loaning for, and most important; Fresh Crayfishes. After a whole day of biking we enjoyed them with my home made Lingonberry Snaps. Very Spartan, and very nice.

Afterwards I cooked the shells and now there will be lobster soup at my home.
