The tradtions says that you should stay away from Sourdough bread from tonight. I have heard it has not been proven yet, The fact that Jesus shared not sour bread with his 12 Disciples. They have found tiny bubble in the bread cloth that was used during the last dinner. I do not belive that is true of course. I am sure he stuck to this rule.

I will enjoy my bread tonight, and the rest of the easter. And if you spend your easter in Berlin, do not happen to have any religious limitations I suggest you send me a mail and I will make an extra rosemary Bread for your Easter Lamb tomorrow!
