Christmas is for me very much about food. Well, most of the time it is a lot about food in my life. But Christmas is different. During Christmas I even eat sweet stuff. Tonight I will make Chocolate Fudge. I do not like it to be too much Choco taste since it is enough chocolate during Christmas anyways. Therefore I will make a vanilla fudge and just add a very dark Chocolate in the end to let the cold choco make sugarcrystals in the fudge.
- 4 dl raw sugar
- 1dl Moscovado sugar
- a little bit salt
- 2 dl cream
- 100 gr dark Chocolate (ca 70%)
- Mix sugar, Salt, cream and Sirup. Let it cook until 124 degrees (ca 10 min)
- Add the chocolate and mix it hard by hand for a min.
- After it has been cooling down for an hour you can cut it into pieces of the size you like.
