After a long night in the showroom there is nothing better then a dinner at home with good Friends.
Emma, Sandra and I had dinner in our Paris apartment. A very simple dish, but oh so good.
- 800 gr big Shrims
- 3 garlic
- chilli
- white wine
- parsley
Just fry the shrimps in the pan with some garlic and chilli. Add the white wine and let them cook until done. Not too long! Stir down some parsley and done it is!
We served it with a green sallad. But for you who likes pasta in the evening it would be perfect.
It was such a joy to buy these shrimps. It is always a joy to shop for good quality products. It brings me more happiness then cooking I think. And almost more then eating it. Weird but nice.
