endlich wieder zuhause!

Finally the fashion maniac is slowly taking a break. The last 2 weeks have I spend in a suitcase in Copenhagen and Sthlm (not to forget the relaxing stop in Karlskrona!!!). I will get back with some pictures when I have them developed.

After landing in Berlin last night I needed to test my little SOUR fellow. Daniel had fed both the Rye sour and the Wheat sour but of course you never know. I suppose it is the same with people that leave their plants or kids, you get nervous sometimes.

Late Monday Night
100gr Rye Sour
200 gr Water
150 gr Saltå Kvarn Wheat
50 gr Demeter Rye

Anyways. It seems like all has worked out fine and I am on step 2 now.

“Early” Tuesday Morning
Sour dough
500 gr Water
730 gr Saltå Kvarn Wheat (should have been 750, but I am out :(
30 gr Sea Salt

Now it is low-speed-bubbling in my kitchen.
