I think I am jet-lagged. Holiday jet-lagged. I am sooo tired and slow and I can not make up my mind if I like it or not. I have decided that I should enjoy it and it is ok to be tired until next monday.
The best way to get myself out of bed in the morning is to start thinking about breakfast. This morning I am having
- Grapefruit (my all time favorite fruit. It deserves its own post one day.)
- Knäckebröd and Cucumbers with avocado, tomato and tuna sallad (Super simple: Tuna, cottage cheese, Egg white, olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper)
- Birchermüsli with apple, pear, proviva, blueberries, flex seed, gojiberries, hazelnuts, mynthe, soy yogi, spelt müsli (make sure to make a lot so you do not have to make it every day. I will eat the same tomorrow.
- Ginger and Mynthe water
- Coffee. I need my coffee.

Your birchermüsli looks and sounds amazing!
Glad you like it! Any tips for new bircher-müsli-tastes are highly appreciated!
Lycka till och let me know vad du tyckte! + ge mig tips från dina utsvävningar :)
