Last Sunday, in Sweden, I made brunch for 25 of my parents friends. The night before we had a birthday dinner party for 50 people so we were tired. Thank God for good wine that does not give hangovers.
I went up at 7 and prepared the brunch dishes. My favorite is the most simple one: Baked Brie.
Just bake the brie in the oven with Balsamico and cherry tomatoes on top. I think I had a little salt, pepper and sugar on the tomatoes. But that is it.
It’s a hit. Anytime. And so easy. And you can do it too :)

oh my, that looks amazing.
and guess what: brie is on my shopping list today.
Wow this whole bread exchange philosphy is just great! Need to read more…i suppose it has to be in the same place though. Maybe I can start something similar here in Barcelona – what do you think? Excellent way to meet people too! and above looks so yuuuuuuuuuuuuummmi!
Das sieht toll aus! Delicious :)
You can also stick some garlic (Zehen) into the cheese and bake it. Voila – homemade garlic brie.
