		<description><![CDATA[Yes I absolutely agree with you Sonja. I&#039;m doing a training to become Ayurveda Heathly Consultant. And nutrition is one of the main topics together with its preparation and the choice of the best food for oneself. I believe that only best ingredients combined with love during preparation (and time) is best. 

Bread is one of the simplest but most essential foods ins our life! Malin, in my opinion you honor the bread by making it the way you do and giving it to people, in the very crazy and a thought-provoking way! Just so great!

I wish I could exchange something with you for the taste of your bread, but I live rather far away in Bornheim, near Bonn. Wish you loads of breadloving people!
