twice a month I do a cooking show on the radio &quot;multicult.fm&quot; and I am planning a show about bread. I have read about you in the book &quot;Delicate . New Food Culture&quot; and I would love to invite you for an interview about bread, the making of it and your exchange. Would you be interested? 

If so, could you please email me. I would also be interested in a bread exchange. However, I am not on facebook. Maybe we can arrange it in a different way.

Annars kommer du behöva vänta jäkligt länge på att de jäser till sig (I alla fall om du som jag använder väldigt lite jäst). Jag lät mina vara nästan helt tinade. Men inte så mycket att de kan börja jäsa igen.]]></description>
