		<description><![CDATA[I like pomegranate a lot. In Turkey, they make a sauce for salads, like balsamic vinegar. First they prepare juice of pomegranates (crushing them) and then boil this juice for hours (last year I tried it, boiled it for 6 hours but 6 hours was not enough) and then they have this amazing dressing/sauce called nar eksisi (pomegranate molasses). When I have new recipes, I will share them with you.]]></description>
