		<description><![CDATA[I think it was a bit weird too :) It was a local organic brand from Värmland in Sweden and I would really not go so far and call it Kimchi. It was more like some kind of spicy German sourkraut. But I liked it. I think the best result you would get if you chop up and mix your Kim Chi with some german sourkraut. I will try that this fall.

Yes, the combo Korean KimChi and German Sauerkraut was stunning! 
Your mom is very right with the salt. My first KimChi project got way too Salty. The 2nd try got too fishy so I will have to watch out for the fish sauce next time. I will get back with recepie soon. Looking forward to get you inside knowledge on it then!]]></description>
